We understand that shopping online has many benefits, but it can also turn into a hassle with returns. Though we hope you truly love and are satisfied with the products you receive, we know that returns are common with online shopping, and we can understand the frustration and inconvenience they can cause. With our no restocking fee policy, we strive to make the return process as simple and accommodating as possible for the customer. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund (excluding any applicable shipping fees), given that your order was made within 30 days and your items are still in new or unused condition. (Made to Order items are an exception and cannot be returned or cancelled).
1. All returns will gladly be accepted for new or unused items within 30 days of purchase.
2. All return items must arrive back to agmHomeStore.com in resalable condition. Products must be new, unused, unaltered and uninstalled. The items must arrive with the original packaging.
3. Please report damaged goods within 7 days or delivery.
4. We do not charge restocking fee on any orders.
5. Free shipping is one-way - customer agrees to pay for the shipping of the items coming back to agmHomeStore.com. For qualifying items, we will offer our Free Return program (free return label is provided).
6. Please insure your returns - all goods are considered your property until received back into our warehouse, inspected, and approved for credit.
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
7. All returns are subject to management approval.
If the item is either damaged in transit or is deemed not to be in good resalable condition, we have the right to refuse the package(s) and refuse the return.
8. Please contact us to receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and shipping address.
9. Write your RGA Number on a blank piece of paper and securely tape it to the outside of the package to be returned.

Our Free Return Program will allow you to return qualifying items with a prepaid return label included. This means that you will receive Free Shipping + Free Return for those items that were selected for this program. See the list of the categories of items that qualify below:

Kindly note that if you are returning other items that do not qualify for this program along with others that do qualify, you will receive return label exclusively for the item that qualifies. Items that do not qualify for a Free Return need to be returned separately. Additional fees will apply should other items are shipped using the prepaid shipping label provided. Simply request a return at https://www.agmhomestore.com/a/returns. If the item qualifies, you will receive the prepaid return label along with the return instructions.

Step One: The easiest and most convenient way to process your return is through our user friendly Request a Return page.
Additionally, you could email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information to get your return started:
1. Your Order number
2. The specific item skus and quantities you wish to return
3. The reason for return
Note: If your item is defective or damaged during shipment, we may ask for photographs that display the damage.
Step Two: If your return is applicable, we will email you a Returned Goods Authorization, along with the return address. Please print out your RGA attachment and include it within the original packaging of your box.
Step Three: Since shipping back to the warehouse is in customer responsibility, you may choose any shipper you prefer, USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc.
That's it! Once your items are received at the warehouse, the returned items will be subject to evaluation. Soon thereafter, your account will be credited for the amount returned (excluding any applicable shipping fees). We strive to resolve all return/replacement requests within 24-48 business hours as we try to make your return experience as effortless as the initial order. All orders that are experiencing issues with damages during shipment or defective products will have further evaluation to ensure that we can accommodate to your wishes. Products that cannot be canceled:
Floor Samples, Discontinued items, Final sale or Clearance items. Products that are marked as non-returnable and or/non-cancellable on your receipt. Custom/Special Order Merchandise or merchandise made to order or Fabrication.
We do not accept RETURNS or EXCHANGES for items delivered outside the 48 Contiguous U.S. States.
